This policy covers the website for ET Exterior Cleaning Co LLC, a pressure washing and exterior cleaning company based in Lafayette, Louisiana. It explains what information we ask for when you request a quote, what we do with it, and how to ask us to change or remove it.

We are a small local crew, not a data company. Everything below is written to match what we actually do.

When you fill out the quote form, we ask for:

• Your name
• Your phone number
• The property address where the work is needed
• The service you're interested in
• Your email address for Christmas Lighting requests, so we can send your confirmation and follow up

We don't ask for a password, payment details, or anything about your household. We don't run advertising trackers, analytics scripts, or marketing cookies on this site, so we aren't quietly watching where you click before you fill the form in.

If you call or text us instead, we keep your phone number and notes about the job the same way we would if you had used the form.

The only reason we collect your information is so we can quote and do the work. Each field has a plain job to do:

• Name — so the person answering the phone knows who they're talking to.
• Phone number — so we can call you back with your estimate, confirm a start date, and let you know when the crew is on the way.
• Property address — so we can size the job correctly: how much siding or concrete there is, whether there's a gate or a second story, and whether the address sits inside the Acadiana area we serve.
• Service requested — so the right estimate and the right equipment are lined up before we call.
• Email address (Christmas Lighting only) — to send a copy of your submitted details and follow up about your quote. We don't request email for other services.

We use it for that job and for the paperwork that goes with it — scheduling, a follow-up call to check the work, and keeping a record of what we did at that address. We don't use your details to market unrelated products to you, and we don't add you to a mailing list you didn't ask for.

Quote requests are saved to our own customer database for the website. Access is limited to the people at ET Exterior Cleaning who need it to answer and schedule the job.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. Ever.

We may share it only in narrow situations: if you ask us to work with another contractor or property manager on your behalf, if a payment or financing processor needs it to take payment, or if we're required to by law. Our hosting and email providers handle the technical side of running the site and sending confirmations, and only see the information needed to do that.

We keep a quote request for as long as it's useful to us and you: long enough to follow up on the estimate, and afterward as a record of the work we performed at your property, which helps if you call us back for a second job or need the same details again. If your request didn't turn into work and you ask us to remove it, we delete it.

There's no fee for either request, and no account or password is involved — the form never asks you to create one.

Our services and this website are aimed at property owners and businesses. We don't knowingly collect information from children, and we have no reason to — the form asks for an adult's name, phone number and address.

If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and the effective date at the top. We won't use your information in a new way that we didn't tell you about when you gave it to us.
