Will pressure washing leave stripes on my concrete?

Not with a commercial surface cleaner. It spins two bars at an even distance from the slab so the whole surface gets the same treatment, then we hand-detail edges, seams and steps a surface cleaner can't reach so the finish is uniform end to end.

Can you remove oil stains and rust?

Most of them, yes. Fresh oil and surface rust usually lift completely with a spot treatment before the surface clean. Oil that has soaked into older, porous concrete for years may lighten dramatically rather than vanish, and we'll tell you which one you're looking at before we start.

Do you clean pavers and stamped concrete too?

Yes. Pavers, stamped and colored concrete get lower pressure and a gentler approach so we clean the surface without eroding joint sand or the color layer. Let us know what you have when you request a quote so we bring the right setup.

How long before I can park on it again?

As soon as it dries, which is usually one to three hours depending on sun and humidity. There's nothing left on the slab that needs to cure, so you're back to normal use the same day.
